This is Ravi Krishna from Deegit Inc. We do have an urgent Position for Sr. Scrum Master at DE. Please find the requirement below for your review

 

Role: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 6+ months

 

Required skills:

·         5+ years of technical experience, 5+ years of Scrum Master Experience, 2+ Years of coaching experience. Must be hands-on. SM Expectation - up to 70% of time. 30% Coaching.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·         Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. 

·         Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

·         Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

·         Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5 years with a proven record of working to transition newly formed or underperforming software development teams into high performing teams

·         Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

·         Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

·         Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by development teams

·         Experience applying a wide variety of approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs,etc)

·         Previous experience as a team lead
